Air New Zealand's services to/from Seoul

Due to ongoing engine availability challenges, we have made the difficult decision to no longer operate our direct services between Auckland and Seoul from 27 October 2025.

What does this mean for you?

 If your flight to Seoul is affected and you have booked directly with Air New Zealand, you will be contacted with alternative travel options within the next 48 hours via another Asian port. 

If your new flight option is not suitable, you can apply for a full refund of your unused tickets.
