Our refreshed Seats to Suit offers greater flexibility and more choices to customers when flying between New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands. The flexi options (worksflexi*, premiumflexi and businessflexi) allow customers to change their flights without any fee and receive a full refund if they cancel their flights. 

No fee flight changes:

• Changes are permitted prior to departure for changes to the same class, same fare, same route of travel, regardless of the number of journeys/fare components changed. There is no fee for the changes, but a fare difference may apply.
• There are no service fees when you make changes online.

Fully refundable

• Cancellation is fully refundable with no refund fee payable if you cancel online before departure or where the flight is cancelled by Air New Zealand
• You can still get a refund if you don't show up for you flight, however a $100 cancellation fee² applies.

* Note: economyflexi tickets are referred to as 'worksflexi' for cross-Tasman (AU-NZ) and Islands (PI-NZ) flights for some markets. If you have booked Economy, you may see this reflected as 'theworks' or 'worksflexi' in your e-ticket.
